  1. THE PROMOTION AND YOUR AGREEMENT. Please read the following Official Rules carefully before deciding whether to submit your entry to the Purra Performance Win Socks for a Year Giveaway ("Promotion") via Sponsor’s Instagram, which is made available to you by Purra Performance (“Purra” or “Sponsor”, located at 668 North Coast Highway, #530, Laguna Beach, California, 92651. By entering into the Promotion outlined below, you are entering into an electronic contract with Purra to be bound by these Official Rules governing the Promotion. Therefore, please read these Official Rules carefully and ensure your agreement. By participating in the Promotion, you are confirming your agreement to these Official Rules. In addition, you are agreeing to the Terms & Conditions of Use governing use of this website, pursuant to which you make certain representations to Purra and grant Purra certain license rights to use your Promotion entry and other submitted content. The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or associated with Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, Instagram or YouTube. You understand that you are providing your information to the owner of this sweepstakes and not to Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, Instagram or YouTube.

  1. Duration: The Promotion begins at 12:01 AM PST on Monday, October 16th and ends at 11:59 PM PST on Thursday, November 16th, 2023 (“Term”).
  2. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS: By submitting your Promotion entry via the Sponsor’s Instagram, you agree to do business with Purra electronically. By agreeing to do business electronically, you (i) consent to the electronic communication and delivery of all documents related to the Promotion and all other services provided via your email account, (ii) confirm your agreement to these Official Rules, (iii) represent that you have Internet access, and a valid email address and phone number enabling you access to the Promotion and to receive communications and documents electronically, and (iv) represent that you have a printer or other device to print or otherwise save communications and documents including, without limitation, these Official Rules and that you have, in fact, printed or otherwise saved a copy of these Official Rules for your records. This consent is effective unless and until you withdraw it. After the Term, you may withdraw your consent to electronic communication and delivery of documents, update your contact information, or request a paper copy of these Official Rules at any time by contacting us as set forth below. If you withdraw your consent during the Term, it may affect your ability to participate in the Promotion. We will send you a confirmation notice once we have processed your change request.

  3. ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States who are 18 years of age or older, or the age or majority in the jurisdiction in which they reside, whichever is older, at the time of entry.  Employees of Sponsor or any of its subsidiaries, affiliates or agencies, or members of their immediate families, or persons living in same household of each, are not eligible to enter or win. The Promotion is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law.

  4. ENTRY: Entrants must enter the giveaway through Instagram on or before 11:59 PM PST on 11/16/2023. To enter, you must have or create an Instagram account, follow @purraperformance on Instagram, comment on our giveaway post & tag at least one friend. For each additional tagged friend, you will receive an extra entry.
The use of automatic or robotic entry devices for entry is strictly prohibited. The entry must fulfill all giveaway requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Purra Performance.
By entering via a third party social network site, you are authorizing Sponsor to access and utilize portions of your social network site information. Sponsor reserves the right, at any time and for any reason or for no reason, to disassociate any person from its social media network page/following by any means then technically available to it (for example, “blocking” your account from liking or following Sponsor’s account).

Entrant acknowledges that Sponsor cannot control certain factors relating to use of the Instagram platform, including, without limitation, errors, cancellation of accounts or technical malfunctions that may affect any Entrant’s ability to enter, win, view, be advised of, be eligible for or be properly considered in the Campaign. Multiple Entrants are not permitted to share the same email address or Instagram account. Any attempt by any Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different Instagram accounts, email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that Entrant’s Entry and that Entrant may be disqualified. Each potential winner may be required to show proof of being an authorized account holder. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of a User, a person who can demonstrate the ability to log into the applicable account with the correct user name and password will be deemed the User who submitted the entry. Sponsor may message Entrant via Instagram direct message to obtain email address for verification. Instagram is not a sponsor, does not endorse, and is in no way affiliated with the Campaign.

 

  1. PRIZE: From eligible persons who entered during the Term, Sponsor will select one (1) winner. The prize consists of (12) packs of Purra Performance socks consisting of 3 packs of Athletic Socks, 3 packs of Aeroweight socks, 3 packs of Comfort socks and 3 packs of Everyday socks. Winner may select preferred styles within each collection. The total ARV (approximate retail value) range of the prize is between $430-500 USD.Actual value of prize may vary and any difference between the stated ARV and the actual value will not be awarded. All taxes and shipping expenses (if any) arising from the redemption of any prize are the responsibility of the prize winner(s). Winner may be required to complete an IRS Form W-9 in order to receive prize.

  2. WINNER SELECTION PROCESS: The winner will be selected from all eligible entries that were received during the Term via one (1) random drawing on or around November 20, 2023.Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Term. The Winner will be notified on or around November 21, 2023 via Instagram direct message, and we will announce the winner in our Instagram stories. Undeliverable DM or failure to respond to prize within 10 days of notification will result in forfeiture of the applicable prize. In the event of prize forfeiture by a winner, Sponsor will select an alternative winner via another random drawing from among all eligible entries made during the applicable entry period.

  3. PERMISSION TO USE NAME/LIKENESS. The winner, by submitting an entry, grant permission to have his or her name, city, photograph and/or likeness used worldwide in any manner the Sponsor may deem appropriate for advertising, trade and/or promotional purposes without additional compensation or right of review, including without limitation, posting the winner’s name on the Purra web sites and Social Media Pages unless prohibited by law.

  4. RELEASE OF LIABILITY. Each entrant, by entering the Promotion, and the winner, by accepting a prize, releases the Sponsor, and Sponsor's subsidiaries, affiliates, agencies, directors, officers, agents and employees from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for any damage, loss or injury resulting from or arising out of participation in this Promotion, and, as to the winner, the acceptance, use, misuse, possession, loss or misdirection of any prize. The winner may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release prior to receiving a prize.

  5. RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify from this Promotion or any other promotion conducted now or in the future by Sponsor or its distributors any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike, fraudulent, or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

  6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY. EACH PRIZE WILL BE AWARDED AS IS AND SPONSOR (TOGETHER WITH ITS AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS) DISCLAIMS ANY REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND REGARDING ANY PRIZE.

  7. PRIVACY: Sponsor respects your privacy. Personal data of participants is gathered and processed in accordance with the applicable data protection laws. By submitting your entry into the Promotion, you are registering to receive electronic communications from Sponsor and information related to future promotions and events. You can opt-out of receiving these email communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the newsletter.   9. GOVERNING LAW. The Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of California. By entering, entrants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal, state and local courts located in Orange County, California, for the resolution of any disputes.
